After upgrading to Premium or reconnecting an account, MoneyWellth retrieves additional credit account information needed to calculate your credit utilization.
In most cases, this process completes within 1–15 minutes. Some financial institutions may take longer to return the required information, and in those cases, processing may take up to 24 hours.
You can continue using the app while your information is being processed. Once available, your Credit Utilization Insights will automatically appear in the Insights section.
