I forgot my username of my student account. How can I retrieve it?

Through the App:

1. Tap Need help logging in? 
   
   
   
   
2. Select Forgot my username and tap Next.
   
   
   
   
3. Enter the email address associated with your account and tap Submit. An email containing your username will be sent to your email address. 
   
   Note: The email will be sent from [e-mail] with the subject line "MoneyWellth – Forgot Username." If you are unable to find it in your inbox, we advise you to also check spam.
